MEET THE BAND

Go Away Gray is an Indie Rock project from Nashville, Tennessee. Eric Hammell and Joseph Cosaluzzo, embarked on this musical journey in 2015 in a local band and were fueled by our shared passion for creating compelling guitar based music. 

Growing up along the beaches of New Jersey, we were surrounded by the sounds of crashing waves and the vibrant energy of our local music scene. These influences, coupled with our love for modern indie and classic rock, bled into the relaxing, surfy, and rocky sound of what you hear now.
In late 2019, we made the decision to leave the Jersey shore and pursue our musical dreams beyond our familiar horizons. This leap of faith led us to collaborate with the acclaimed Grammy Award-winning producer, The Machine. We recorded 4 songs at his breathtaking studio just outside of Austin, Texas.
Working alongside The Machine has been a transformative experience, as we honed our craft and fine-tuned our sound. His expertise and guidance has pushed us to new creative heights, enabling us to craft music that resonates deeply with our audience.

Today, as Go Away Gray, we strive to create music that seamlessly blends catchy melodies, introspective lyrics, and powerful instrumentals. Our goal is to captivate listeners with our emotionally charged performances and leave a long-lasting imprint on their hearts.
